Biography
Shirley partners with leaders to support transformational efforts at an individual, team and organisational level through servant leadership development, compelling employee experiences and sustainable workforce plans to help prepare for the Future of Work.
She brings depth of experience across a range of specialisms, including leadership assessment and development, talent and succession planning, organisational strategy and culture transformation.
In her previous consulting role with a "Big Four, she supported strategic transformations and change initiatives, blending data driven insights with employee experience to design appropriate talent interventions.
Shirley also has experience with a divestiture, supporting a smooth employee transition through the areas of assessment and recruitment, employee value proposition, talent management and retention strategies and manager capability uplift.
She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and has a coaching accreditation through the Neuroleadership Institute. She is also accredited in a range of psychometric assessment tools including Hogan, Saville Wave, ECI 360, CPI, BarOn EQ-I, MSCEIT and other Korn Ferry instruments.
Shirley holds a master's degree in organisational psychology and an undergraduate degree in psychology (Hons Class 1) from the University of New South Wales.
She has lived and worked in Australia, Hong Kong, the UK and Singapore and leverages her cross-cultural perspectives to support a diverse client base.
In her spare time, she indulges in amateur calisthenics, wakeboarding, and long walks with her beagle.
