Biography
Ms. Nunes has consulted to global companies for more than 30 years. She has partnered with CEOs to build the capability of their teams to effectively develop and execute strategy. This includes entering new markets, integrating major acquisitions, and reshaping the company's portfolio.
Ms. Nunes assists companies in developing the leadership capability necessary to align the organization and implement strategies. She has partnered with CHROs to enhance the skills of HR professionals to support the development of their senior leaders and teams.
Ms. Nunes is the co-author of Senior Leader- ship Teams: What it takes to make them great, published by Harvard Business School Press. The book summarizes findings from research conducted with Harvard University professors. Using this framework, she works with executive leadership teams to improve the performance of the companies they lead.
Ms. Nunes coaches CEOs, executives, and high potential leaders, to enhance their skills to deliver organizational performance today and prepare for future challenges. She facilitates programs that enhance leaders' capabilities and aligns them to the company's strategic direction. She works with CEOs to decode strategy and implement changes that result in the strategy's effective execution.
Ms. Nunes has worked with companies in Asia, the Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Americas.
Ms. Nunes holds a master's of business administration from Boston University. She also holds a master's in counseling and personnel from Western Michigan University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Westfield State University in Massachusetts.
