Guy Farrow is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney and Melbourne offices and regional managing partner of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He also leads the Industrial Practice in Australia and New Zealand. Guy focuses on board, CEO, and senior executive searches for clients in the industrial sector, specifically in the areas of transportation, logistics, infrastructure, and energy. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Guy worked in the international aviation sector for more than a decade in senior managerial roles with American Airlines (at the Dallas headquarters), Qantas, Jetstar, and Regional Express. Guy has broad international functional management expertise in roles such as operations, sales & marketing, finance & planning, and e-commerce. He has performed this work in environments ranging from restructuring to the establishment and start-up of new business operations. Guy also has consulting experience with Bain & Company and Port Jackson Partners, a leading boutique strategy consulting firm in Sydney.
