Ms. Kelfer partners with clients to align leadership and organizational needs with business strategy, bringing broad experience from across the employment lifecycle to design, develop, and deliver solutions to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. She has consulted with global organizations across industries, with specific expertise in the banking, asset management, and technology industries. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Kelfer worked as a Manager for Aon, a leading human capital management consulting firm. Most recently, she specialized in the financial services industry, providing expertise around assessment, employee development, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management. She led a global research study to uncover talent trends in financial services, including research and survey design, data gathering and analysis, and report writing. Ms. Kelfer has also consulted with clients across industries on HR effectiveness and human capital strategy development related to business transformations and mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a client's talent and organizational capabilities drive the business forward. Ms. Kelfer earned her Master of Arts degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology, cum laude, from New York University. She is certified in the Prosci method of change management and in interpreting and providing feedback on Korn Ferry's KF4D assessment, the Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential (KFALP), and Aon's Adaptive Employee Personality Test (ADEPT).
