Deborah Way is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services Practice. With more than 20 years of experience at global investment banks, Deborah brings in-depth knowledge of global markets across a variety of client organizations, including financial institutions, asset managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and financial technology firms. She possesses a global financial perspective and is a true partner for clients focused on diversity, talent management, executive search, culture assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and strategy. Deborah is a founding member of Chief, a private network for senior women executives, and is active in 100 Women in Finance and Women in Derivatives (WIND), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to attract, retain, educate and develop female leaders in the financial industry. Deborah has lived in the U.S. and in Singapore, working across multiple geographies. She received her B.A. in economics from Princeton University.
