Pascale started at Mercuri Urval in 1996 and has extensive experience and focus on different sectors (profit and non-profit sectors). She mainly focuses on board and executive search, selection and development, change management projects, and people coaching & mentoring of individuals and groups (outplacement included). She leads workshops and training and organises conferences around leadership, board management and on specific business sectors. Pascale has extensive experience in C-level search and selection and spends a lot of her time on 90 days programs, coaching and mentoring. She started her career as a marketer, in sales and sales management. After 5 years, she moved to the position of consultant and key account manager at Mercuri Urval, building her own client platform, expanding it nationally and internationally, and managing it as project director with around 10 loyal consultants in permanence. She is a Board member of the Alumni of the Institut des Hautes Etudes Catholiques, active at the association of Board Coaching to Excellence, and a member of Guberna (Belgian Association of Board Members). She holds a master's degree in Commercial and Financial sciences, an aggregation as a teacher in Economics, and is Guberna Certified.
