Ibone is an expert headhunter and Associate Partner at Page Executive, specialising in executive search for Banking, Insurance, Private Banking, Capital Markets, and Real Estate sectors. Ibone holds a degree in Psychology from San Pablo CEU University. She holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management (ICADE). She began her professional career at Banco Santander, in the human resources department. She specialised in the selection of commercial banking and central services profiles. In 2006, she joined PageGroup in the Banking and Financial Services division, where she has been working ever since. In the first stage, Ibone worked for Page Personnel. She headed the Banking, Insurance and Tax & Legal division and managed a team of six people under her responsibility. Subsequently, she specialised in the recruitment of middle management and executive profiles within the financial sector. Ibone is currently an Associate Partner at Page Executive, in the Banking and Financial Services, Insurance and Real Estate division. As an Associate Partner, she strives to help clients transform their organisations, with an approach based on transparency and rigour.
