Mr. Adhibai has worked with clients ranging from family-owned business, traditional Thai organisations, multinational companies to government and state-owned enterprises. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help clients achieve their business objectives. He has extensive experience in integrated human resources management and a proven track record in helping organisations develop their capability to cope with a changing business environment and increase their competitive advantage. Experienced in many areas of consulting work across industries, Mr. Adhibai develops unique solutions to meet clients' requirements, and ensures the effectiveness and implementability of the consulting solutions. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Adhibai was the managing director of a local HR consulting firm. Before his consulting career, he started with Bangkok Mitsui Commercial Leasing, then joined The Aromatics (Thailand) as the corporate planner. Mr. Adhibai received his bachelor's Degree in economics from Thammasat University and earned his MBA from The University of Southern Colorado, U.S.A.
