Gerald completed his Master Studies and Ph.D. at the Vienna University of Technology and has since gained more than 25 years of professional experience in Industry and R&D. He has gained over 16 years of experience in the role of Managing Director in various companies, responsible for HR and leadership transformation topics as well as finance and strategy. His broad industry and business experience, combined with vast Recruitment and Direct Search knowledge, give him all the tools he needs to support his clients in unlocking their full potential. Gerald is fluent in German and English and is as used to working in international environments as he is to supporting corporations and local SMEs on their journey to excellence.
