Biography
Cameron Miller partners with investors, boards, and executives to build innovative, patient-centric leadership teams. Cameron works with clients across the pharmaceutical value chain, advising innovative pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as organizations providing research-enabling tools and outsourced services to the industry. Based in New York, she is considered a go-to healthcare leadership and executive search advisor.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Cameron was a part of the life sciences practice at another leading global organizational consulting firm. During her time there, she partnered with clients across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and pharma services industries.
Cameron holds a BA in psychology and Spanish from Wake Forest University.
Cameron is a team captain for Cycle for Survival, a team cycling fundraiser that supports pioneering research and lifesaving clinical trials at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
