Amy is a part of the firm’s Board Effectiveness practice, specializing in tailored board and director assessments and bespoke advisory assignments to enhance board and corporate performance. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Amy was a Principal at a boutique governance firm. There, she co-led an exclusive governance program for board directors of leading public companies throughout North America. Amy collaborated with global experts to pinpoint emerging issues, shaping meeting agendas, crafting content, and facilitating premier events in confidential settings designed to foster trust and candor. Amy earned her MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in business administration from the University of New Hampshire. A lifelong animal lover, Amy volunteers for Great Dog Rescue New England, ensuring adopted dogs find safe and loving homes.
