Kurt Brusgaard is Partner in Odgers Berndtson A/S, focusing on board, CEO and CFO searches. He established Berndtson International in the Nordic countries in 1979 and has since conducted numerous board and director level searches. Kurt was formerly Managing Director of A.E. Schmidt A/S, Consultant with Lisberg Marketing A/S, and Assistant to the CEO/owner of Spies Leisure Group. He is currently Chairman of the board of Pointer A/S, Chairman of the Board at Boerneringen, as well as Honorary Consul for Trinidad and Tobago in Denmark. For a number of years, he was Board Member and Chairman of the board of the Shareholders’ Representatives in Jyske Bank. A former Army Captain of the reserve, Kurt holds a BSc degree in mechanical engineering and a HD in management and organization.
