James obtained a BA (Hons) from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham and has worked in the recruitment industry since 1998. He has over 17 years’ experience in the UK private practice market. James joined Taylor Root in September 2019 as Group Manager of the new Birmingham office to head up the Midlands division of the private practice team.
