Benedetta Migliari is a member of the firm’s Financial Services team and also specializes in succession planning, leadership advisory services and the recruitment of Financial Officers across industries. Based in Milan, she is a trusted client advisor, working with private and public organizations, as well as private equity firms, across Europe and internationally. With more than 10 years of experience in finance, management consulting and executive search, Benedetta brings deep market insight to her clients, helping them recruit top executive talent and further develop their leaders. Benedetta joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a leading international executive search firm, where she specialized in the Financial Services and Private Equity Practice. Earlier, she spent three years as a Consultant at Bain & Company in São Paulo and Milan, where she worked with clients in the retail, financial services and private equity industries. Benedetta began her career as an Investment Manager for Jupiter Finance, a subsidiary of CIR Group, investing in NPL portfolios in Italy. Benedetta holds an MS in industrial engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. She is also active in her community, volunteering with nonprofit organizations. Benedetta speaks fluent Italian, English, French and Portuguese.
