Nick more than 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, the management of complex turnarounds, the achievement of performance improvement, and the leadership of major restructuring programs. He spent many years in the automotive and industrial business segments, applying a wide range of functional competencies for both global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and major tier 1 suppliers. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a principal at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in London, working across a range of topics—from the development of growth strategies through to operational performance improvement in large and complex situations.
