Patrik supports clients in critical restructuring situations, including financial and operational restructuring. He focuses on reorganization; human resources; reduction in selling, general, and administrative expenses; and finance/controlling. He has designed and executed turnaround programs for medium-size companies as well as big conglomerates in numerous industries, also covering insolvency situations. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a senior project manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Patrik completed law school at the University of Cologne and passed both German state examinations. He is a member of the German Turnaround Management Association.
