Alessandro Rovis leads the Industrial Practice in Italy and is also active in the Private Equity Practice initiatives. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in February 2006, Alessandro served for six years as the head of the industrial practice in Italy for another international executive search firm. Earlier, Alessandro was at Boston Consulting Group, where he was a consultant on assignments for industrial clients. He began his professional career in the industrial operations department of Dalmine S.p.A. (a Techint Group company), a worldwide leader in the production of seamless steel pipes. Alessandro received his degree in electrical engineering from the University of Trieste and his M.B.A. from the SDA Bocconi. His native language is Italian, and he is fluent in English.
