Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Mollica was a retained executive search consultant for one of the top Executive Search firms worldwide, where he completed high-visibility C-level assignments including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, and Chief Medical Officer, as well as executive positions in Regulatory Affairs, and Strategy Before his Executive Search career, Mr. Mollica held leadership roles for one of the top medical device companies worldwide, where he was responsible for leading teams specializing in the sale of orthopedic devices, where he built relationships with senior executives and KOL’s to scale and grow market share. Throughout his career, Mr. Mollica has been recognized for his leadership in developing strategic accounts across medical device sales organizations and his success in growing and developing relationships with clients across the healthcare industry. He has a strong network of contacts and relationships with influential leaders across various sectors.
