Caroline Lind partners with companies to identify, select, and grow financial officers committed to growth. With experience in fundraising, sales, and client services, she focuses primarily on CFO and other executive-level finance assignments. Previously, Caroline was an associate at Fremont Group, where she worked on the client services team and led the insurance working group. In that role, she spearheaded comprehensive services for high-net-worth clients and oversaw cultural development initiatives. Before that, Caroline worked at Athletics Friends Groups where she focused on fundraising for her alma mater, Princeton University. Caroline began her career in athletics as a member of the US National Rowing team and is a two-time Olympic gold medalist. Caroline holds an AB in anthropology from Princeton University and an MBA from Rider University. She currently serves on the board of PURA (Princeton University Rowing Association).
