Vineeta Chopra is an Associate in the New Delhi office of Odgers Berndtson, where she primarily supports the firm’s Industrial practice. She has been working with Odgers Berndtson since 2014 and handles the research delivery of senior leadership mandates in the Industrial sector. Vineeta has gained extensive experience working on national and international market research on complex assignments at the senior management, country leadership, functional leadership and board-level roles. She brings a keen understanding of mapping industry landscape and identifying prospective talent with the desired balance of both the business experience and soft skills. She is also a trained super-user of our global database management system. She started her career in 2009 and spent early years in the Indian Education sector in sales, business development and administration roles with companies and institutions such as Educomp Solutions, IIPM and LPU. Vineeta is a Science graduate from the Himachal Pradesh University.
