Sandeep has led several large scale transformational HR and Talent related projects across multiple industries e.g. Mining & Metals, Oil and Gas, IT, Telecommunication, FMCG, Automotive, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical, Security Services and Banking. He has worked with clients across multiple geographies including India, Indonesia, Middle East, Denmark, France, US and Italy. Sandeep is a Post Graduate (MBA) in Human Resources from SCMHRD, Pune, India and holds Bachelors in Engineering from the Nagpur University, India. Prior to Joining Korn Ferry, he has worked with Accenture Strategy, Mercer Consulting and Eicher Motors. His role includes working with business and HR leadership across several organizations - helping them identify, design and implement Talent and HR solutions to critical business problems. He is an organization design and manpower planning specialist, and is certified in various Job Evaluation Methodologies. He is also accredited in administering various psychometric assessments and plan leadership development journeys for clients.
