Emilie Johnson is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Calgary office and a member of the Industrial Practice. She has more than 15 years of executive search experience in the energy and industrial services sectors, both in Canada and the United States. Within oil and gas, Emilie’s clients include upstream, midstream, pipeline, downstream, and oil field service companies. She also conducts searches for clients in the power, chemical, and industrial engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sectors. In addition to board, chief executive officer, chief operating officer, and president searches, Emilie focuses on executive leadership assignments across engineering, construction, and operations./p> Emilie joined Heidrick & Struggles from a national search firm where she was a principal in the oil and gas practice.
