Nicole Northwood is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. She specializes in leadership assessment, development, executive onboarding, and talent management engagements related to human resources, risk, compliance, anti-money laundering, finance, and procurement. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Nicole spent five years at Royal Bank of Canada, focused on executive recruitment, talent management, and leadership development. Prior to RBC, Nicole worked with two other global executive search firms covering financial services, consumer markets, and non-profit clients. She is a certified CHRP.
