Biography
At Korn Ferry, Barbara is responsible for developing and managing global client relationships. In this role, she partners with clients' leadership teams to improve business results by helping them solve complex challenges related to their strategy, organization, and talent. She brings significant experience working with multinational companies to help them manage, plan and transform.
Barbara serves as a strategic advisor by leveraging the full range and impact of the firm's services - Organizational Strategy, Leadership Development, Assessment & Succession and Rewards & Benefits. As a member of the Technology team she understands the particular challenges and opportunities facing these organizations and is able to develop unique solutions that reflect their specific needs.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Barbara held senior leadership and client management roles at Mercer, Aon Hewitt and Capital H Group. In these roles, Barbara led teams to deliver a broad range of high impact consulting support including HR Effectiveness, Total Rewards Optimization, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, and Talent Strategy.
Barbara has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from University of Illinois and a Master of Journalism Degree from Northwestern University.
