Augustin is a member of the Reward & Benefits team surveying Executive Compensation & Benefits practices. A tax lawyer by training, he has an attention to details to enable clients solving complex Reward matters. He has a successful track record managing multiple stakeholders. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Augustin implemented worldwide Long Term Incentives Plans and Global Employee Share Plans for Multinational companies from a legal, tax and social standpoint as well as from a Project Management Organization perspective. He was in charge of personal income tax and contractual matters for Executive Committee members within Industry and Luxury sectors. He was graduated Certified Equity Professional from Santa Clara University, Leavey School of business, CA in 2004 and was sworn in as a lawyer to the French bar in 2005. Augustin was an expatriate during two years in Philadelphia, USA, for a global audit & consulting firm.
