Aylin graduated in 2009 from The London School of Economics with a Bachelor of Laws. She qualified as a solicitor after training at Linklaters before starting her legal recruitment career with Taylor Root in 2014 focusing on recruiting lawyers into the banking and financial services market within the UK. She has also spent time in-house working with international law firms Baker McKenzie and BCLP before re-joining Taylor Root to focus on the UK Private Practice market. She recruits qualified lawyers for an array of Magic Circle, US and international law firms across the London market.
