Biography
Grace consults to senior management on external succession planning, talent strategy and change management across global industrial, technology, healthcare and government sectors, specializing in C-level roles that shape the future of mobility, software and new energy.
She is a non-linear thinker who brings Next Practices that can shape her clients’ future.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a management consultant where she advised businesses and governments on their global and regional growth strategy.
Her key clients include automotive and aerospace OEMs, industrial and technology companies, startups and the US government.
Grace began her career in the public sector at the Singapore Economic Development Board where she negotiated the expansion of business operations of her key accounts, Unilever and L’Oréal and other European consumer companies into Singapore.
Grace speaks English, Spanish, Mandarin, Malay and basic French.
Grace has an Honors degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, during which she was a summer research scholar at Peking University and an exchange student at the University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey Business School.
She was the co-author of “Zheng He's Art of Collaboration: Understanding the Legendary Chinese Admiral from a Management Perspective”; author of “Education Content for the future”; as well as several newspaper articles in the Singapore Business Times.
