Caroline is the co-Head of the UK and Ireland regions as well as co-Head of the Financial Services practice. She works with fintech clients, from early-stage VC through to listed businesses. Caroline brings over 15 years of experience across financial services with a mix of executive search, in-house talent management and equity research. She has a broad and deep understanding of the challenges faced by clients at both executive and board level in identifying, appointing and developing talent in international markets. Caroline is currently based in London but spent three years in Singapore covering the APAC region. Caroline has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Nottingham University.
