Jyotsna is General Manager based in Cornerstone International Group’s Mumbai office. She independently manages searches in Senior Management positions in Manufacturing, Hospitality, NGO, and automotive sectors. She also develops business with new and existing clients. Jyotsna brings six years of experience to her search work. Before joining Cornerstone, she was Consultant with a prominent local executive search firm in Mumbai. During this time, she executed a number of prestigious searches for Indian and multi-national firms. Prior to her career in search, she held various positions in the customer services industry. Being part of the services industry has conditioned her to be focused and committed, instilling the importance of working as part of a team and achieving excellence. Jyotsna is a Management graduate. She also has a Post Graduate diploma in Training and Development from ISTD and an MBA in Tourism and Hospitality.
