Biography
Andrew leads on Corporate Affairs, Communications, Government Affairs, Sustainability and Investor Relations leadership assignments, as well as Corporate Development and Strategy functional appointments at Group, Divisional and Regional Head level.
Andrew has successfully partnered with global, European and UK clients across all industry sectors, with recent experience in Energy, Healthcare, FMCG, Financial Services, Business Services and Technology.
Clients range across major Multinationals, privately-owned companies, Private Equity, Trade Associations and NGO's.
Andrew is also co-founder of the Corporate Affairs Leadership Institute (CALI); a Leadership Development Programme which uses a blend of assessment, individual feedback, executive coaching, real-world business challenge and residential learning to help Corporate Affairs leaders develop in two crucial areas: transformational leadership and strategic leadership.
Areas of personal expertise include executive search, leadership development, culture transformation, assessment and succession planning, employee engagement and organisational design.
Prior to joining the firm Andrew worked for a leading European search & selection boutique, where he specialised in financial services.
This followed a six-year career in the British Army as an officer in the Corps of Royal Engineers, having commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Geology from Queen's University Belfast.
He is also certified in via EDGE Learning Agility and is a PRINCE 2 Project Management Practitioner.
Andrew is a member of European Association of Communications Directors (EACD) and the Arthur W Page society.
