A graduate of Shippensburg University, Margaret has been a member of the TCG team since 1997. She began her tenure as an Account Executive, successfully developing business and recruiting within the manufacturing arena. True to her nature, Margaret had a thirst to learn more and accepted an opportunity to move behind the scenes and assume a more active role in the overall operations of the business. Shortly thereafter, she took the lead in several functional areas including: Office Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology and Human Resources. In this capacity, Margaret worked diligently with the owners of the company to formulate, establish and implement many of the systems, processes and strategies which have allowed the company to consistently grow and live its vision. Today, Margaret is committed to providing comprehensive support and service to internal and external customers in the areas of Human Resources and Accounting. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she utilizes her knowledge and experience to help drive the organization to even greater levels of service and success.
