Born and raised in Queens, NY Stephen combines East Coast hustle with West Coast connections. Stephen builds out the executive management teams for the most disruptive enterprise and consumer start-ups in industry. Stephen’s specialty is go-to-market with experience across marketing, finance, and sales. Most recently, he has built out the executive teams driving innovation and explosive growth within enterprise start-ups such as Nexthink, BetterCloud, Subspace, Benchling, and Squire and consumer start-ups such as CLEAR, Talkspace, Fabric, Bellhop, and Sofar Sounds. Stephen also has experience building out the executive management teams for later stage private and public companies such as Instacart, Zscaler, Plaid, Dataminr, and Nutanix. When Stephen’s not recruiting he’s relaxing at the beach, golfing, or patiently waiting for his beloved Mets to win another World Series. Stephen graduated from Fairfield University Cum Laude with a degree in Marketing, Sports Management, and Leadership.
