McConville brings to the firm over 20 years of experience advising the C-suites of globally recognized organizations. His expertise in human capital and workforce consulting spans workforce engagement, talent improvement, analytics, board effectiveness, organizational assessments, and business process improvement. He joins Korn Ferry from an advisory services firm, where he was a partner principal and industrial sector lead. Prior to that, McConville ??was managing partner at a major analytics and advisory company, overseeing its client-facing staff and responsible for all client outcomes in the Eastern U.S. and Mexico. Mr. McConville earned his BA in Economics from Loyola University in Maryland. He has studied international business at Oxford University and Lean Management at University of Toyota. Mr. McConville is a frequent speaker at conferences, corporate leadership gatherings and a guest lecturer at Universities.
