Marianne Hill is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Johannesburg office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. Her main focus is serving clients across the banking, insurance, real estate and private equity sectors. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Marianne spent almost four years at a boutique executive search firm, focusing on sourcing roles in enabling/corporate office functions within the financial services, professional services and FMCG sectors. She began her earlier career at a leading contingent firm and subsidiary of a JSE-listed holding company, where she had an 11 year tenure, specializing in HR, legal and compliance recruitment.
