Biography
At Korn Ferry, Caroline is responsible for developing and managing Advisory services relationships with Marquee and other key Korn Ferry clients. In her role, she partners with clients' and cross-line-of-business Korn Ferry colleagues to improve business results, by helping solve complex challenges related to strategy, organization, digital and talent.
Caroline serves as a strategic advisor by leveraging the full range and impact of the firm's services - Organizational Strategy, Assessment & Succession, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, and Rewards & Benefits. As a member of the Global Technology Market practice, she understands the unique challenges and opportunities associated with this highly competitive marketplace, and the need for agility and innovation in this fast-moving space. She is able to call on Korn Ferry's best-practice research and expertise to develop unique solutions that reflect these specific needs.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Caroline was an equity partner at another leading, global, Executive Search firm, and held senior leadership roles at Xerox and Mercer. Previously, she taught communications and technical writing at the college level. Caroline is experienced in leading teams to deliver a broad range of high impact consulting services including Board & Organizational Effectiveness, Strategic Planning & Alignment, and Talent Strategy, Assessment & Development.
Caroline possesses a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada and a certificate in International Corporate Governance from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
