Shane graduated from Cambridge University with a First Class Law degree before training and qualifying with Herbert Smith. He has worked in the legal recruitment sector since 1999. Prior to joining Taylor Root, Shane worked with Garfield Robbins International in London and managed their office in Hong Kong, recruiting throughout Asia. Shane joined Taylor Root in October 2003 and specialised in partner level recruitment for UK and US law firms in London, before moving out to open and run the Dubai office in October 2007. He handles recruitment of lawyers across the Middle East region at all levels, with a leading reputation for lateral partner hires.
