Biography
Mr. Price-Stephens has led delivery of complex global transformation programs across a number of industries, can advise on technical aspects of HR and has supported transformation of the HR function.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Price-Stephens gained his consulting experience at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and PwC, where he spent seven years as a Partner and global leader of their Organization Design Practice.
For the past three years he has been working at Jaguar Land Rover as an HR Director and leader of their Global Transformation Program.
He has a proven ability to work with senior/executive teams to understand the organizational implications of strategy and to identify the capabilities, processes and structures that will be required across a business to enable more effective execution of strategic priorities, harness the potential of people/talent, improve operational performance and reduce cost. His combination of consulting and industry experience means that he is able to grapple with complexity, work in challenging and fast moving environments and has a reputation for developing pragmatic solutions that can be implemented to deliver a tangible impact. This is underpinned by his ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively, act as an inspirational change leader and build high performing delivery teams.
Mr. Price-Stephens has an MPhil. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Manchester - his undergraduate work was supported by a major global airline and his postgraduate research was sponsored by Shell.
