He specializes in C-suite, General Management, and Board level searches publicly traded and private-equity backed organizations across the Defense and Industrial sectors. Previously, Mr. Waters spent 6 years with Korn Ferry as a Senior Associate executing searches at the Board and C-Suite level as well as General Manager & Commercially focused roles for a diverse set of clients. His clients include global Fortune 500 companies, middle market manufacturing and services organizations and portfolio companies of PE backed organizations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Waters worked as an Associate & Research Associate at Korn Ferry supporting the industrial practice, primarily working with the Aviation, Aerospace, & Defense practice. Mr. Waters earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
