Ed van der Sande is the Managing Partner of the Dutch office of Odgers Berndtson, where he leads the Business Services & Technology practice. Ed is a trusted advisor to a number of organisations in business services, media, energy, telecom and technical service providers, that are keen on realising growth and have a change agenda. In addition, Ed has a strong track record in fulfilling positions within consulting organisations. Besides his industry focus, Ed secures talent for non-executive positions and is responsible for Odgers Berndtson’s Sports practice. Ed van der Sande is a Registered Accountant, having started his career in Accountancy (at PWC and KPMG). He worked at Aro Lease for five years in more financially-oriented roles, and subsequently in various management roles within General Electric's Commercial Finance organisation, most recently as Sales & Marketing Director. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he was a Member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for the VVD, responsible for the Social Affairs & Employment portfolio and the Sports portfolio.
