Sushant has over 20 years experience and most recently he lead the Talent & Leadership practice for another leading HR consulting firm in Middle East. Sushant has done leadership roles in HR consulting in Middle East, India, China and Hong Kong. His areas of expertise include HR strategy, HR transformation, HR service delivery design, CXO/leadership assessment & development and performance management. Prior to joining HR consulting areas 14 years ago, Sushant has worked as a Six Sigma and process improvement consultant and as an Engineer. Sushant is an Engineer with an MBA in International business.
