Mark Tunnicliffe is a practiced client advisor who leads assignments for CEOs, managing directors and other executive-level roles for clients in the industrial, infrastructure, investment and real estate sectors. Based in Sydney, Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in executive search, working extensively with both publicly listed and private clients. He has an expertise in talent and leadership advisory, helping clients navigate today’s ever-changing business landscape. Mark joined Russell Reynolds Associates following close to a decade with another leading global executive search firm where he was part of the leadership group and a partner in their global industrial markets. In his role as the regional leader of the firm’s Infrastructure and Real Estate Practice, Mark helped evolve the business to cover additional advisory areas. Mark worked at another executive search firm earlier in his career, where he conducted assignments across all markets. He began his career in the UK with Arup, before moving into human resources consulting with Melville Craig Group. Mark holds a BS, with honors, in building management from the University of Northumbria in the UK.
