Biography
Ms. Pernas decided to work in human capital consulting because she is a true believer that people is what gives organizations their competitive advantage.
Throughout her career as a consultant she has specialized in organization design, culture modeling and change management, having the opportunity to participate and lead large and extensive projects contributing to relevant organizational transformations in the public and private arena, for local and Global companies.
Prior joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Pernas was a partner of a large consulting firm and has been exposed to large scale projects that gave her the depth and breath of the human dimension and allowed her to deep-dive in:
Change management for large technology and/ or operating model transformation driven projects
Change management and culture integration for mergers and acquisitions
Culture modeling, transformation and alignment
Organization design and sizing
Ms. Pernas has also instructed and coached consultants and HR Professionals in organization design, and change management for complex and integrated projects within Mexico and Latin America.
Ms. Pernas Holds a MBA with a concentration on Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Ms. Pernas has received extensive training and internal certifications ondifferent methodologies and frameworks from top Consulting organizations that she has worked forand is certified in different programs by other institutions such as BID, MITx, Exxin, and Balance Scorecard. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
