Helen is a Partner in our Industrial Practice; where she has a breadth of exposure to partnering with clients in delivering CEO, senior executive and non-executive appointments. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and a strong proponent of the importance for digital leadership through the sector. Helen has an extensive executive network, which she utilises to guide clients in attracting and securing high impact executive talent. Helen joined Derwent after a 15-year career in leadership roles with organisations such as Opera Australia and the McGrath Foundation. She holds a Master of Marketing from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from Charles Sturt University.
