A Portlander at her core, Katherine is fearless when it comes to the pursuit of Material Impact Executives. Her detail oriented approach and innate ability to connect with her clients has led her to attract top caliber talent while building out the leadership teams for companies like Honey, Ticketmaster, Alation, Landit, and Compass. Katherine has also done extensive work for tier-one venture firms including Khosla, NEA, Cowboy Ventures, and Founders Fund. She has developed a deep network and expertise in recruiting for senior engineering and product functions – as well as marketing and finance. Katherine resides and works out of Daversa’s Washington DC office. She attended the University of Alabama where she studied Marketing with a specialization in International Business.
