She has led executive assessments for selection, internal succession planning, and development for CEOs, Chief Marketing Officers, and other C-Suite and senior leaders. Her clients have ranged from private equity portfolio companies and high-growth, multi-billion dollar organizations to top 20 foundations. Her executive coaching experience includes C-Suite members, functional heads, and other senior leaders both externally and internally at Raines.
