Chad Farias is a Senior Principal with Robert Half’s retained executive search service, specializing in senior- and executive-level engagements for organizations of all sizes with a focus on hyper-growth, early-stage, private equity and venture capital-backed companies. A tenured veteran with Robert Half, he’s held a number of instrumental roles specializing in the identification and vetting of executive leaders and senior-level management professionals. In his spare time, Chad restores houses, has been an active member of the Greater Boston community and been involved with numerous volunteer organizations and charities, including the Wounded Worriers Project, Junior Achievement and the Pine Street Inn. Chad studied marketing and economics at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
