Bringing over 20 years of blended professional experience, Mrs. D'Cruz-Young began career in global procurement within the consumer-packaged goods industry working and living in London and Paris before moving to New York. Her natural bias towards collaboration meant that she was regularly seconded to recruit, build and develop globally diverse teams; leading the definition through to execution of value enhancing local, national and global procurement & supply chain strategies across all spend management categories for the enterprises at which she worked. Prior to her current role, she worked in close collaboration with procurement and operations leaders to digitize their end to end value chains primarily within the food sector. Previously she established and led the procurement & supply chain practice for a boutique, diversity focused firm, where for over ten years she successfully placed global and national functional executives in C-Suite roles. Mrs. D'Cruz-Young holds a Master of Arts in Financial Economics from The University of Dundee, Scotland. She is a member of the Institute of Supply Management and an active member of several international professional organizations supporting procurement & supply chain and data science.
