Based in Tokyo, Ko Fukuzawa is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Professional & IT Services, Financial Services and Technology Officer practices. He has extensive experience recruiting and assessing executives in technology specialties, including fintech and digital leadership. He also conducts leadership assessments for clients across industries. Ko joined Spencer Stuart in 2008 and has worked extensively with information officers, professional services executives and human resource officers. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ko was a consultant and partner in Accenture’s financial services practice. He primarily served Japanese and international clients in the areas of IT strategy, systems integration, new business and organizational realignment. Ko holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Tokyo.
