Mads Wilhelmsen is a core member of the firm’s Financial Services Sector, specializing in national and international senior-level searches across the industry. Based in Copenhagen, he brings experience in leadership advisory, strategy and financial consulting, and executive recruitment. He works with clients in the Global Banking & Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, Private Equity, and Insurance Practices as well as other industries. Mads is also part of the Corporate Officers Practice and leads the firm’s CFO Practice in Copenhagen. Previously, Mads was an engagement manager at a global executive search firm. Before that, he held various roles at Danske Bank where he specialized in management strategy and financial services. In these roles, he focused on organizational transformation initiatives, business banking, and marketing strategies. Mads started his career at Nykredit, one of Denmark’s leading financial services firms. Mads holds a master’s degree in social science and human resource management from Copenhagen Business School.
