Dakota focuses on CEO, president, and board-level searches within the Enterprise practice. Prior to joining True, Dakota spent time as a consultant with a top five recruitment firm in their San Francisco office, focusing primarily on GTM leadership searches for VC-backed startup companies. Before that, Dakota spent five years traveling the world to recruit international students to his alma mater, the University of Oklahoma. Dakota holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in international relations from Oklahoma University. He grew up all over the United States and Turkey in a military family.
